**Lordswood Pharmacy – Booking Policy** At Lordswood Pharmacy, we are committed to providing timely and efficient healthcare services to our community. Appointments** Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person at the pharmacy. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation by email once your appointment is successfully booked. Cancellations & Rescheduling** Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. How to Cancel: You can cancel or reschedule by calling us directly or using the link provided in your booking confirmation. Missed Appointments: Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings. **3. Arrival Time** Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other patients. **4. Walk-ins** Walk-in services are welcome but subject to availability. Booking in advance is strongly recommended for guaranteed service. **5. Identification & Documentation** For certain services (e.g., vaccinations, travel consultations), please bring valid photo ID and any relevant medical or travel documents. **6.
