SHINGLES: The shingles vaccine is recommended for certain groups to help prevent shingles and its complications. Here’s who should get vaccinated: • Adults turning 65 – Since September 2023, people become eligible for the vaccine when they turn 65. They receive two doses given 6 to 12 months apart. • People aged 70 to 79 – If you missed your vaccine earlier, you remain eligible until your 80th birthday. • Adults 50 and over with a severely weakened immune system – This includes individuals with blood cancer, organ transplants, or those undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy. They receive two doses given 8 weeks to 6 months apart. Even if you’ve had shingles before, vaccination is still recommended because you can get shingles more than once.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other patients. **4. Walk-ins** Walk-in services are welcome but subject to availability. Booking in advance is strongly recommended for guaranteed service. **5. Identification & Documentation** For certain services (e.g., vaccinations, travel consultations), please bring valid photo ID and any relevant medical or travel documents. **6. Consent** By booking an appointment, you consent to receive treatment from a qualified healthcare professional under our standard procedures and privacy policy.
