Arrival Time** Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other patients. **4. Walk-ins** Walk-in services are welcome but subject to availability. Booking in advance is strongly recommended for guaranteed service. **5. Identification & Documentation** For certain services (e.g., vaccinations, travel consultations), please bring valid photo ID and any relevant medical or travel documents. **6.
